In a firm and urgent tone, the Head of State has moved to reassure the country that the commitments he laid out during his recent State of the Nation address will not remain as promises on paper.
He acknowledged that the government is operating behind schedule and insisted that implementation must begin immediately.
He noted that citizens should expect to see visible action in the coming days as the administration accelerates long-delayed programs.
The President explained that the government is under pressure to deliver on projects touching on essential services, economic revival, and public welfare.
He emphasized that the country cannot afford further delays, saying that the concerns raised by Kenyans have reached a point where only practical steps can restore confidence.
According to him, the time for long discussions is over and the government machinery must now shift into full gear.
He pointed out that several proposals announced in the national address are already in the coordination stage among ministries and agencies.
These include measures aimed at reducing the cost of living, expanding opportunities for young people, strengthening local production, and improving the efficiency of public institutions.
The President also appealed for patience as the rollout begins, saying that some interventions will take time to gain traction, but the direction has already been set.
He urged government officials to drop complacency and adopt a results-driven mindset, reminding them that the public expects nothing less than immediate and meaningful progress.
