Speaking during a charged rally in Malava, which was attended by opposition bigwigs such as Kalonzo, Matiang'i, Natembeya and others, Panyako stated that Ruto cannot detach himself from the agony being experienced in Kenyan hospitals.
"Edu Afya bado? Nani ametoa Edu Afya? Ametusaidia ama ametuua? Amesaidia bodaboda ama ameua bodaboda? Je! Ni muuaji si muuaji?
Mtu ambaye anaachilia wamama na watoto wakufie hospitalini, huyo si ameua?" Panyako said.
In regard to what has been happening for a while, Panyako said he was well aware that President William Ruto's government wants to ensure that every prestigious asset in Kenya is sold to their proxies.
For instance, Panyako questioned how Mumias and Sony Sugar continue to have sugar in hospitals when no factory is currently functioning.
