Bii’s education has been an important part of his success.
He studied at Kenya Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Purchasing, Procurement, Acquisitions, and Contracts Management.
He graduated with Second Class Honors, Upper Division.
Earlier, he studied Banking and Finance at Nairobi Aviation College, where he learned about financial management and business skills.
To widen his knowledge, Bii joined Audencia Business School in France between 2018 and 2024.
The international exposure gave him a global outlook that he later applied in sports and management.
Career Growth
Bii has built his career step by step. He is the Head Coach at Mezzo Management Group, a position he has held since 2021.
In this role, he plans training programs, builds strategies, and guides athletes toward top performance.
In 2020, he founded Girls-Playground International, a non-profit group that helps empower young women through sports.
The project continues to give many girls opportunities to grow their talent.
Before this, he worked as a Brand Advisor for Patawakili between 2019 and 2021, where he helped the company on image and market growth.
Bii also has direct experience as a runner. He competed with AS Rispoli between 2016 and 2018, a period that shaped his coaching style.
Even earlier, he worked as a Procurement Assistant at Bitcom Delta from 2015 to 2016. These roles helped him learn discipline and management skills.
Partnership with Beatrice Chebet
Bii is best known for his close work with Beatrice Chebet.
He has been by her side from her early days as an emerging athlete.
Together, they achieved major milestones, including her defense of the World Cross Country title and her world record 10,000-meter run of 28:54.14 at the 2024 Prefontaine Classic.
Family Life
Though he keeps his private life away from the public, it is well known that Bii is married to Beatrice Chebet.
